Hackers attacked and shut down the websites of the Israeli airline El Al, and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. The flights and the stock market have not been canceled.


The incident comes a day after an alleged network of hackers based in Saudi Arabia threatened both sites.

It is the latest in a series of cyber attacks over the past like two weeks, including online dissemination of data on thousands of Israeli credit cards.

On Sunday, Hamas Islamists who control the Gaza Strip, praised hacking Israeli sites and called for an increase.
