The team, announced this week, would have a touch screen and have already passed its initial test phase.

Just a few days ago we learned for the first time the existence of iWatch, a smart watch that would be Apple reportedly developing, and now new details are emerging even on the team behind this device.

Bloomberg report said, this project has a group of 100 people working in development for about a year, so it would have already passed its experimental stage. Some of them had come from the offices in charge of other Apple products like the iPad and iPhone.

However, so far no one knows what Apple prominent names involved in this new team, for example, if there is a direct involvement of the designer Jonathan Ive.

The idea behind this new device would replace the iPod. To succeed in this market, the team would have a small touch screen presumably unlike other similar devices on the market such as Pebble. The latter project funded collectively and functional for iOS and Android, displays information through its related display devices such as phone calls, text messages and emails but no touch options.
